• Create a West African youth resources center (reasearch, trainings, documentation, information, fundraising for youth projects/initiatives) for Africa Development. |
- a sub regional center is created in Cotonou
- 200 youth leaders (gender balance ensured) are trained each year (Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Advocacy, Lobbying, projects management) in the NEPAD dynamic
- a regular updated database is available on the existing youth organisations in West Africa, on youth activities and on youth opportunities in ECOWAS region
- 200 young (25 - 35) ECOWAS states employees are trained each year in effective leadership skills and to use the NEPAD framework in the formulation of their countries development projects - A tri-monthly publication trimestrielle is made on the youth organisations activities and on teh NEPAD achievements in ECOWAS countries
- All the useful information on youth, on Africa Development, for the comprehension and success of the NEPAD is available for young people, for researchers and for decision-makers |

Activities :
1- Train and support in the creation of their business 1000 Benin young men and women in entrepreneurship & leadership skills in the NEPAD dynamic |
- 1000 young entrepreneurs - leaders are trained
- Minimum 750 enterprises have been created in all the regions of Benin
- Minimum 2000 jobs have been created for youth |
